Serving Size: One full press of the pump = 1/4 tsp. and dispenses the recommended amount by doctors. Apply once or twice daily as needed on clean skin, rotating use between the face, belly, thighs or chest. Menstruating: Use for two weeks, beginning on day 14 to day 27 of cycle. Non-menstruating: Use any 3 weeks each month. Stop for a week and repeat. Perimenopausal: Begin use on day 7 to day 27 of cycle.
